Dear Interviewers,
Just let Dave speak. Be quiet when he is speaking. Dave is very interesting when he is speaking. Your interjections (e.g., laughter, comments, etc.) are an annoying distraction. If he exhausts a particular topic ask him a question to get him going on a new topic then return to being quiet again as he speaks.
